From The Book

You cannot,
not be loved.

But you can feel unloved.

It is painful, to search in vain, for love outside yourself.

The pain is there to remind you, that everything you seek, is whitin you already.

The special love you carry, wants to be lived through you.

If we as little children, feel unloved we wrongly conclude that we there is something wrong with us. That we are not worthy of love.

In this book I present to you another perspective on this.

They loved you all that they could. But because you are here with a special gift. They were unable to connect with you in a way taht made you feel loved.

You are a love-intelligent child. You are here with a unique gift of love.

You are worth loving

LIFE CHANGING PERSPECTIVES

You carry the love you long for.

You are here with a unique gift of love.

Because of this unique gift, your parents were unable to connect in a way that made you feel loved.

They simply did not know this type of love, and therefore you felt unloved.

WELCOME

My hope is that this book will inspire you to recognize that you are already enough, exactly as you are right now. I share my own experiences, as well as insights gained from working with the women and men I’ve met as a spiritual psychotherapist.

This journey is a wondrous one, a journey I call the road home. As you shed old layers and reveal more of your light and core, you’ll see the beautiful creature you truly are, behind veils and distortions. This process is more beautiful, and wild, than anything I have ever experienced.

My greatest wish is to show you another way, a way out of the endless pain of not yet knowing who you really are. With this book, I want to introduce you to a new perspective of yourself, your history, and the world.

Thank you for being here, for your curiosity and openness to new paths.

With love,

Please come home

You were never meant to belittling yourself.

Or think badly of yourself.

To soothe the lack, or yearn for love that you feel you lack.

You were meant to find your way,

to the home where you can lovingly stay,

And satisfy that longing call,

that echoes behind the pain, once and for all.

Please come home.

Where you’ll be embraced, and loved for who you truly are, no need to chase.

FOREWORD

The words in this book have been rumbling and making noise inside of me, eager to be shared with those who need them most. The wisdom of my heart is convinced that the new insights and perspectives I share in this book are much needed.

When I found the courage to share all this newness with the people I help in my clinic, something beautiful and magical happened. Here, too, it awakened a redemptive recognition. The painful story dissolved. The shameful story of not being good enough, being wrong and being all alone in feeling that way. Doors opened for healing and peace, and for a whole new way of being in life.

I believe that my unique ability to see deeply behind the pain and find cause and redemption, both in myself and those I help, is an important gift to others.

Throughout my personal development journey and psychotherapist training, I have learned to trust my intuition and see new perspectives that emerge in all sorts of situations.

Where does the newness come from?

I’ve always been very self-reflective. In addition, I have, without being very conscious of it, I’ve lived by the term: If something doesn’t work, do something else.

When something didn’t work, new ways came easily and naturally to me.

This ability has led me far and wide. Among other things, through a 4-year psychotherapist training.

Over the years, I have come to realize that I have a unique ability to perceive deeply. I can easily see behind the pain and find the cause and redemption. Both within myself and those I help in the clinic.

New perspectives emerged. In the beginning, the new insights came to me when I meditated.

Today, they come naturally to me in all kinds of situations. During client sessions, when I’m teaching, walking, exercising or writing.

I have learned to trust what I see and hear, so I can pass on these new life-changing perspectives through my work. And now in this book.

Some call it intuition, clairvoyance or channeling. These concepts are still new to me, and I’m not really that concerned with what we call it.

The important thing is the recognition and redemption that the new perspectives bring. I have felt this in my own body and have witnessed it happen time and again in my clients.

I am excited to share these new perspectives with you in the hope that you will also experience redemption and feel that you are not alone in your pain.

My goal is to provide my take on why you feel the way you do and what you can do about it.

I invite you to read this book with an open heart and mind, feeling the new perspectives as they land, taking away what resonates with you and leaving the rest behind.

May you find peace and fulfillment on your journey.

INTRODUCTION

I want to make sure that everything in this book is easy for you to understand. To start off, I’ll give you a quick rundown of some of the concepts that you may not be familiar with.

Firstly, the book is written with love for everyone seeking new paths in life, regardless of gender or age. However, I address women specifically throughout the book to make it more personal. Don’t worry men, you can still gain valuable insights from the book.

In the book, I refer to the outer world and the inner world. The outer world includes everything physical that you can see and touch, while the inner world is all about your thoughts, feelings, and unconscious rules that determine how you perceive things in life.

I also discuss the concept of abandoning oneself, which is when we ignore our inner world and focus only on external factors. It happens unconsciously early on in life when we don’t feel seen, heard and loved. I consider it a natural survival mechanism. But it causes a lot of challenges in adulthood because you basically feel that there’s something wrong with you.

I refer to this basic feeling of being wrong in the the book as: The encoding or distortion.

You carry an inner coding that tells you that you are wrong, not good enough, that no one can love you. Since this is in no way true, and has nothing to do with reality, I call it partly the coding and partly the distortion.

The fog is another concept you’ll come across, which is the negative self-talk that clouds your judgment and prevents you from seeing reality clearly. See that you are already complete and loved, and created equally with others.

Finally, I talk about love intelligent children, who have a high capacity for love. It sounds beautiful, but it creates a lot of pain as long as the children don’t realize who they are and what they represent. That pain stops when they understand who and what they are.

Don’t worry if these concepts seem new to you at first.

You’ll hear them often throughout the book and become more familiar with them as you read.

So, let’s get started!

A poem from the book

Please come home

You were never meant

Or think badly of yourself,

You were meant to find your way,

And satisfy that longing call,
